ive been robbed of my lightspeed bundle and given worthless gems

(PC) i booted up the game, checked whats in store, saw the naboo raid lighstpeed bundle and decided to buy it. Didnt get it, game lagged, i waited for my game to work for couple of minutes and then tried restarting, when booted game up again i had 2,8k gems in my inbox and no jedi from the lightspeed bundle. I want my characters not gems. I tried restroring but it said something like "you didnt buy stuff".

if i claimed gems is it over? i didnt spend any tho. Will i get my bundle? or is it really over and gonna have to cry in my pillow 3 days and 3 nights

    Gotta contact the ea in game help. They are slow and not great but it's your only channel to getting things fixed

    The same thing happened to me today, did EA solve your problem? And if so, how did you contact them?

    Used to be Trello or EA Answers but maybe tag EA David to the comments, i think it would very useful to the wider community if this is resolved and how it was resolved,  Hope you get it fixed, good luck
