Just noticed this by chance, the task is locked/grayed out …glitch or am I missing something?

Adding to my question…I feel like I remember doing the task in past years, seeing the red nose on SLH…have looked at Santa Homer’s tasks and Santa’s tasks…still no solution. Did the task jump the shark?
