Is it worth the 115D?

I bought the Santa workshop bundle, 3 buildings (which I really like) and a skin for Ralph for 115 donuts straight away. I know that all items WERE free, but only if you played when they were released. A note about Ralph's quest line too....

You get the North Pole deco as well in part 2. I wasn't sure if that would be included too, but was pleased when I was able to place it in my town. He can then do the 1 hour task.
