Missing lightspeed bundle rewards

Hello there!
the first time the nightsisters bundle was available (may 8, 2024) I purchased it, via ingame store - using google play payment methods. I never received my characters.

Those are my nightsisters today.

I tried restoring purchase, opening ticket for support, nothing helped. I gave up trying to get those characters in may, but now that the lightspeed bundle are back, I noticed the nightsisters one is not available in my store! So I assumed the game "knows" I already bought it, so it doesn't appear in my store. Anyone knows how can I solve this? I really wanted those characters, would be specially welcome today for that assault battle.

The characters are not available for me, neither is the lsb on store, the game knows I purchased it, but didn't gave me my rewards.
