But I don't know how as I had over 50 items to start with, I'm getting there.

I thought this post was about the building or the sign called Santa's Workshop but I see that you meant Santa's Wonderland. I hope you did get it resolved and can exchange those tickets for donuts now.

I was wondering about that as well but I noticed once a new task(s) starts up and I completed it the Exchange Tickets for Donuts for will appear. Once I exchange all my tickets it will disappear however just wait for a new tasks and it will reappear again. Merry Christmas!! ⛄❄?
