Seasonal buildings and decorations
Each seasonal event has it's own area for it's buildings and decos, i don't store anything.

Just store it away(all the animas too)))- I have a Christmas Village area at the foot of the mountains (between Lisa's castle and the ski resort) and a Haunted area of town, with Pumpkin houses and such, but I keep most of the decorations that don't generate cash or XP in storage to place around town depending on the holiday.
- Storing it. Ita also makes it more fun, to put things out again. Like in real life. Maybe it's a girlie thing.
- Everything in its place, and a place for everything..... All big seasonal building etc.. Out all the time and some small decore to spruce the areas up..... Small decore goes to storage for using on the rest of town @ the appropriate time.
Massive rearrangement going on right now to make it look less messy again..... - I have a little Christmas village, which I never bothered putting away after the Christmas event.
On the other hand, I have most of my Halloween, Easter, and other holiday stuff mixed throughout town wherever I thought it looked good. And I stored a fair bit of it, too. I always keep the buildings and other income or bonus generating items out, though. Annathewicked wrote:

Your rearrangement is looking great! I was checkin' it out last night :-)- I have special area designed like an amusement park where I have put all the seasonal buildings and also all the buildings and decorations from superheroes and clash of clones events. I have several islands and different seasonal building are on different islands, like halloween island and christmas island. Obviously I have a problem that I don't have enough space, so some decorations are also stored.
Xmas corner!- I used to keep everything out, but simply was running out of room. I used to try my hardest... but then once I stored a castle wall, it all came tumbling down and I have vast quantities of things in storage.
