But, they would just be sitting in the middle of the road which I guess doesn't matter because there isn't any traffic except the Parson and the Wiccans walk down the middle of the street like they own it.

I'd love to have that trolley move on tracks down the street.

I'll get the castle, but I'm skipping the other level 12 building. I'm just not a fan of future buildings. Would be perfect if we could get another area like Krustly Land, but like the moon or mars. I would love them all then.
