Shattered dreams box

At what point do they stop being available? Just logged in, it popped up on the screen, used one token and now the box cannot be found anywhere to use the rest of my tokens and the new event hasn't actually started yet? Unless I'm missing something but they usually always start off with the 6 seconds quests?
