Shattered Dreams Mystery Box disappeared

I finally finished the Food Wars prize track and was looking forward to seeing what was in the Mystery Box. It showed up and I tapped on it but it disappeared. Obviously a glitch for me, but is anyone else havin this problem?

    Have you checked in the Shattered Dreams box as that's the only place you can see your tokens, if you checked and you still have zero tokens then you will have to contact EA support and see if they can solve your issue.
