Agreed completely. My only hope is that they left 2 of my cases open as "in progress". I've been told as long as I don't resume those cases, they'll stay open until the Studio Group responds.
I was instructed to open a new case every time I want to reach them while I wait on those cases. This means I've had 5 or so additional cases that they marked as "resolved" the second I hung up. Since they seem all too eager to check off every case as "resolved," maybe the "in progress" cases will bear fruit. I hope.
