Not the most fun thing to have an anniversary of, is it? :/ I still refuse to give up. I wish there was a way to get this thread in front of their head of customer service so they could see what we deal with as customers. I just really hope this can be resolved with a known solution that they'll either implement across the board or be able to quickly implement for those who contact them for help. Wishful thinking, I know.
