What, "Sideshow Bob has been spotted in the area"? Yeah, I see that all the time, in my town and in neighboring towns. Sometimes he's being sneaky, though, and I don't get a notification.

No, he just sometimes appears without a warning. So far I thought my wife just played and didnt catch him. Guess I have to apologize now :-)
