Sideshow Bob
What, "Sideshow Bob has been spotted in the area"? Yeah, I see that all the time, in my town and in neighboring towns. Sometimes he's being sneaky, though, and I don't get a notification.

I find it really interesting how certain platforms seem to get Bob less than others. I wonder if this really is the case or if he's just based on an RNG and some people are more (un?)lucky than others.
I personally see Bob incredibly frequently, its not uncommon for me to log on to my game, get a notification about him, capture him, visit my Krustyland, come back to find him again, then do my friends and get him AGAIN. In all honesty, when I first started the game I enjoyed the additional bit of money+XP, but now that neither of those are a factor, I just find him frustrating, especially as my town has grown in size and he becomes even more irritating to track down.
I don't know how some people can keep him as a sort of "NPC" though. Every time I see him wandering around I now instinctively tap him. :P
I will admit (Android player here) that a few months ago his appearance rate did bump up significantly. I'm sure I remember reading something about them increasing his appearance rate because he was one of the few ways of consistently raising Righteousness. Although I think anybody serious about maintaining a 5* conform-o-meter has probably figured out by now that a good bit of stop sign spam will solve that issue almost indefinitely. :roll:
