- I am in the same boat. I gave up playing with my old device. Maybe they will fix this issue or maybe this is it for older devices. Although I am going to buy a new device next week is strange not playing in these days.
- Can't get past the login screen. "Tsto has stopped".

Try using an apple device. That worked for me - What is an emulator?
- 8:00pm I was finally able to get into STO with my Galaxy Tab E! I uninstalled STO once again, did Device Maintenance, restarted tablet, & reinstalled from Google Play.

There was a new update fixing it put into the play store yesterday. There was a thread here in the forum telling everyone

Have not been able to get back in on my apple device since the first week of November. Was told I needed my game ID in order to see what's going on. I can only get the game ID while actually in the game.... So guess that's the end of this game for me. Have played from day one. - Willy9292New Hotshot

And you can't play on a different device because..? Is it a device issue or you can't get in on any device. - 4junk3000New SpectatorIm still unable to play on android devices. Apple device working ok.

You probably have tried some of this, but here's what I did: I deleted Browsing History, cleared Cache, got rid of all the Apps and downloads I could, you should also get rid of Photos you don't want as they take up a lot of space, uninstalled Simpsons Tapped Out, restarted my Samsung Galaxy E tablet, reinstalled Simpson's Tapped Out (STO) (make sure you have an account, otherwise you will loose your information. Inotherwords, don't Play As Guest, if you want to keep your town and progress!) I did this several times adding one more step here and there as I thought, oh yah, I can deleted this app or that download. You'll probably have to free up space again when STO next event is offered.
