So here's a question...

What's the highest level/character - without early access - ever needed to start an event?
  • During that event Hibberts Family Practice, The Buddhist temple and the swat van were made early access level 5 so people could play the event. https://simpsonswiki.com/wiki/The_Simpsons:_Tapped_Out_Black_History_content_update
  • On my anonymous account, I still have the introduction quest (In Your Own Words) for the Black History event last year. I can't complete it because I need Lou to do a task for the quest. He isn't available until level 33 and I haven't reached that level yet in my game. There might be another character at a higher level but Lou is the only one I can think of.

I forgot about the early access since I don't think EA does it anymore or rarely does it at all. Even with the early access, he is still the highest level character that I can think of that is needed to start an event.
  • Okay....
So I'll have to update my question.
What's the highest level/character - without early access - ever needed to start an event?
  • As for why I'm asking this:
I post those 'Premium items and Mystery Box Analyzed' posts, but without a base game with nothing but the bare minimum of items I can't SEE the items in Store Menu.
So I've started an anonymous game that I can pop into and look to see what's in there, and I'm trying to figure out how high I HAVE to go before I can stop.
  • Without early access, I think the highest level/character is level 20 and Mayor Quimby since they started some mini events in the past.
