It seems to be failing in that, for the most part. What attracted me to premium play was the stonecutters, and then the reintroduction of a long-desired item in the yard sale. If they're not going to offer something I've wanted for a long time to speak to my emotions, they need to offer something that will appeal to my logic. The math on the dumpster does not work out to being a deal at all, so what makes it "appealing" is the gambling aspect, which makes it not appealing.
