The trees/flowers stuff. I have no room/need for any more buildings. But nice looking deco's are always appreciated.
the trees and plants are fake though
wouldnt you just buy the real ones instead
 I mean....this is all just pixels right? - Mostly decorative items, billboards, flowers, trees etc as I've got no real need for buildings to generate income.
- Have over 13k in Future bucks, only bought 2 items with them so far. Still trying to hit level 19 for the printer and seeing what I can get for completed demos. It stinks that I have that huge 3000 robot part one to save for soon, with like only a week left in the event. So no idea what to do there.
- I will be buying Retro town houses. Got quite a few now thanks to the start of act 2
- I have bought a few of everything but have spent most of it on the dome-iciles, office buildings, global housing, and office towers. Once I have more land, I want to make a futuristic area and I like the look of the round buildings. I have some retro style townhouses, but they aren't futuristic enough for me.
- I am prolly going to but a couple of balloons.. some Carnie food and blow the rest on Arcade games until I have enough tickets to buy a comb sleeve and some lick on tattoos.
.. yeah I'm a rebel. 8) - AnnathewickedRising TravelerSome trees, benches etc... Mostly nothing. Useless bucks for me mostly
- lucienleon519Rising RookieI wish I could cash them to buy Pres. Lisa.
2000 short with half an hour to go :( - ratbag72New SpectatorIf you want to house farm then surely mushroom offices are by far the best?
Clear twice a day (say 8am and 8pm) and you net (without bonuses) $400 and 40xp for an outlay of 400 parts.
Retro houses, (a good time guide if KEM farming) clear 4 hourly (8am, 12pm, 4pm, 8pm) net $240 and 24xp for a cost of 380.
To better the mushrooms you need to clear retro houses 7 times per day (8am, 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm, 8pm) and is that really feasible logging in that often?
They may take up more space but I reckon if you want to farm the best return, mushroom offices are the best. Just build how ever many retros you think will look good and then mushrooms all the way! - ratbag72New Spectator

To put it into perspective, say you have 15200 parts to cash in, you can buy 40 retro houses or 38 mushrooms.
40 Retros, cleared 4 times per day = $9600 and 960xp
38 Mushrooms, cleared twice per day = $15200 and 1520xp
Factor in say 400% bonus with x5 xp multiplier and figures are now:
40 Retros = $38400 and 19200xp
38 Mushrooms = $60800 and 30400xp
The reason I choose 4x per day for clearing Retro houses is it ties in with KEM farming plus most events have 4 hr tasks. Obviously if you want to log in 7 times per day or more then Retro Offices will work out better but who's seriously playing THAT often?
Hope I got my maths right, lol
