So...when is Halloween dropping: predictions
Well, October 1st is this Thursday, so that's possible. Or maybe it'll be next week. I predict it will drop in the next seven or eight days.

It's a bit too early for the event to start. We'll probably get a Gil Sale this week, followed by the Halloween event sometime next week.
