Hello EA! Why isn't Lucille Botzcowski a criminal? IMHO she should be and I can't understand why. And why don't Gina Vendetti do her "Do a Stint in Juvie" in the Juvenile Correction Facility if ...

2. Likely just overlooked and not yet corrected
