Halloween has its own currency and the starting builing doesnt cost much. Of course there will be donuts stuff too. But prices and stuff are mostly gonna cost currency. Dont worry

I was thinking no more than a few days, but this seems like at least a few people are sure.

urlaub, you may be behind a few people, and but you'll catch up. I wouldn't worry, if I were you. It'll all come in time. Just don't spend any more money! :)

I have about $10.5mil at the moment, and as usual lately, I'll be knocked under $10 from whatever this event makes me build. I still maintain that I'll get there eventually. It just may take longer.

Urlaub, I wouldn't worry about Halloween: As LPNintendo said, the first building will be cheap, and event currency will take care of the rest.

If you're worried about finishing CoC, then you should look up a thread entitled "true way to get insane amounts of elixir and gold." That'll get you to the finish line in time.

I used to have 8 million, but then I went on a 4,5 million land buying rampage and later on a 1 million land buying rampage. Then the Honest John's Computers, ZiffCorp Sign and Tennis Hall took a huge toll on me and now I'm broke.

Just play at your own speed. There's no need to rush.

I've wasted millions during August to top up my donut bank. Thinking that nothing would be out like last year I was played masterfully by EA. Now if you have enough multipliers and plenty of characters (especially premiums) you will be fine. Otherwise.. :lol: :roll:

OP - I think a lot of people are worrying about this type of thing, and I get your frustration completely.

I've been saving for a few things (aspirational items), and I completely caved yesterday and spent a very good chunk of that money on new land for Halloween, and so I could redesign to fit an item where I thought it would look like it was in the proper place my town (so bye-bye Sit'n'Rotate for the time being).

I agree with what most are saying - the stuff will still be there when Halloween is over, and you can still work toward it during the event (especially if they have event currency - that leaves your in game cash to build up a bit). And, you will probably find that there is time to do both the event tasks and the regular tasks. Think of it as something to work toward, and not as being left behind (I know, easier said than done).
