maybe because I'm in Canada? I've never seen anything censored like that before and definitely don't have any restrictions set on my phone.

Cracker is the equal to "The 'N' word" when used by a non-white to reference a white person.

VERY derogatory and RACIST and has nothing to do with "poor white southerners". ("Poor white southerners" is just what the ones that use the term want you to believe it is all about while they laugh at you for believing it.)
