Yes. Pricing is:
*If you have Barney before this started - 120 donuts for "shuttle + skin".
*If you didn't have Barney - 120 donuts (after rebate) for "Barney/Bowlarama + Astronauut skin", and 75 donuts for Shuttle by itself.

Doesn't matter what order you buy it in, the prices are set from your "Barney status" when the mini-event started.

(yes, I've been playing since the beginning for Android users and never got Barney. Don't hate.)

Same. Wanted him but 250 donuts was a rip. I got plenty of other great characters at much more reasonable prices first. (And obviously worked out for the best, given this deal. :))
