I was building a house on Hay Hill Landing and the game crashed, now I can't get the lot to load, other lots load but not this one it freezes on the loading screen. I've removed all mods and repaired the game and it's still not loading this lot.

Can you also not load it from the map into build mode directly ?
If that is the case, try the following: From the map, try loading the lot next to it and pan around a bit. Go back to the map and try loading the faulty lot from the map again.
