I haven't been able to log into either of my 2 games on 2 different devices for 1 1/2 hours. No other apps are affected. Northeast USA. Anyone else?

I believe Boston is the hub there, but may be wrong. - Sounds about right because I live roughly 40 miles from Boston. I'm back in now.
