Springfield re-design
Redesign does not mean spending money (but it helps). Just placing existing thing in more pleasing or creative manner is all that is required

I've never done a full redesign so haven't got a clue what it would cost to redesign lol
I'm in the same boat far to much money laying around but at the same time I want more :lol: I need to get to 100million lol
