I had recently problem with my town and I had to contact game developers
While I been trying to track them down.I found second official TSTO forum
Difference with our forum is that the other one seems to be supported by developers

Not necessarily stolen. On the forum there have been a few posts these last few weeks that they suddenly saw another players town when logging into their own account! I think so far the consensus is a glitch.

Can you still log-in to your origin account on origin.com? If not, what about if you try password recovery and change your password?

I had the same problem. I sent a ticket to EA (that is, email them). They fixed the problem and I got MY Town back. Good luck.
