Dr. Hibbert is Stonecutter No. 2. Not sure where your skin would have gone. Maybe try storing/unstoring him?

Number 2 was not a giveaway during the event last year. You had to buy his skin. It should be in the "Black Market" section of the store for 50 donuts (a bargain if you ask me). Better get it today if you want it!- the skin does nothing, expect pay at premium. There are no related visual tasks. This is the only Stonecutter skin I dont have. Seemed like a waste of donuts
