Stuck in the dice den....

Do you have access to another device to try loading your game? Could be some weird syncing issue.

I don't think storing the dice den will work, as I can't get out of that screen for longer than half a second before it opens the dice den back up. I will try to download and play on my girlfriend's phone to see if that works. Thanks for the advice this far though, guys. (well, except for the nuke advice. :evil: haha)

Seriously dude, that's a bummer situation. I hope logging in from another device sorts it.

Also, I'm driving back from vacation in florida and my girlfriends phone is running mapquest for us. May not be able to check it on her device for about 12 more hours. Will definitely let you guys know though. Thanks again

Another couple quick questions, if I have to end up filing a ticket with EA, how far back do they have to go to roll back my game? I don't want to lose all the stuff I spent an hour or so crafting. Also, will I have to open separate tickets for other issues? I've had a 2nd SVT in my inventory for about 2 years. I also have 71! Flanders in my inventory somehow???

I can't access some of my neighbors places. it's says there content is newer than mine. any ideas . when I hit update on that message it just takes me back to my place .

When they've rolled back my game it was to the day before. Might be best to ask them if they can roll it back a few hours and if you want to play very safe, wait a day just in case you get one of the EA reps that runs on auto pilot and doesn't read your ticket.

Mind you with that said, I've gotten an auto pilot rep and had my town rolled forward when it shouldn't have been rolled back. As long as you're in US/Canada, typically the best service is received via phone.
