Stuck in the dice den....

I was playing the dice game to use up a token before the takedown update hit. I had used one roll when I got the Bart error screen. I just decided I didnt care to get back in since I'd crafted everything I wanted. I then downloaded the takedown update and upon entering the game it takes me to the dice game. Everything is blank though. I hit the back arrow to exit and it briefly takes me to the S.H. landing zone before going back into the dice game. I uninstalled and re-installed but it still is taking me to the dice den screen. Anyone else having any issue like this? Or does anyone know what I should do to try and correct this? Thanks guys.


Can you store the dice den to see if that fixes it?
  • Thought of one thing, it sounds like you've cached your last action somewhere i.e. on server or device I'm not sure.

    I'd try these things first before contacting EA just so you don't lose crafting:

    - see if you can quickly do something else before it happens, i.e. open your inventory and place something or go to friends screen

    - if you decide to uninstall again, do a full uninstall/reinstall
    -> log out of game
    -> make sure you clear data/cache of the app first.
    -> uninstall
    -> restart device
    -> reinstall and login to origin

  • Not yet. Guess I'm just dumb, but I can't figure out how to contact EA other than that "Answers HQ" it take me to. haha....the only time I thought I'd gotten somewhere was when I saw a question asked about it which I think was posted by you. I reported I had the same problem, but as far as talking to someone, I don't know. Let me know if they contact you or something, because I haven't been able to play for a whole day & I need my fix!

    Contact EA at https://help.ea.com

    open up a trouble ticket put the information it requests if it gives you the option for a telephone call back use that that seems to be the fastest method you should receive a call from somewhere in Texas and explain the situation and they should be able to roll your game back for a few hours good luck

    I went the option of having EA call me. It was a mixed experience. The callers English was hard to understand, so I only understood about one third of what he was telling me. He told me it was fixed and to check, and it wasn't. So then he rolled it back and had me uninstall/reinstall, and that fixed it. He also gave me 20 donuts for the trouble.

    As I feared, I lost about 30 of the spotlights that costed cash and about 45 of neros walls. I was missing about 16 walk of fame stars too. At that point, (and with him being hard to understand) I figured just cut my losses and be happy my game was back.

    I mentioned my 2nd SVT in my inventory and my 71 Flanders, but honestly don't know what he said about that. not the best, but it could have been worse. Pretty disappointed about my lost walls though.

    Well there's a saying for that you can't have your cake and eat it too but at least your game is fixed

    How did you manage to make a call ? The only option the site gives me is the Answers Hq :-/
