Also, I would like more decorations, such as swimming pools (not just little puddles of water like the river), streetlights, various vending machines, photo booth(could have a 10m task for various characters to take pictures in), and other small objects like various sports equipment and other junk just to place around your town.
And I would like more buildings that you could buy with in game cash (not doughnuts) that are there just for looks and payouts, and are not related to quest lines, so you can choose when to get them and if you want it.
