Tell Gil Gunderson what to offer !!!

Gil needs to offer himself up as a permanent playable character.

Also that black car is the Limo from the "Whisky Business" episode tie-in from May 2013. It was a 40 donut premium item. The Respectable Moe skin was the free item. He also has a 1hr task where he interacts with the Limo.
