I've had to edit out the emails from EA out of the first post, with the permission of the OP.
Just a reminder to those that aren't aware, that it's against the ToS to post personal correspondence, including PM's between users, without consent from the other party. Paraphrasing the circumstances of the emails we could probably allow, though, just not copied and pasted.
On topic, it sucks that they closed your ticket without resolving your case, Utrolia, hopefully it can get fixed when you escalate it. :) Fingers crossed for you :)
