TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer "service".. I've had it EA!!!

I'm still waiting for my ghost bombs to become active. Since they were unlocked by the community they've remained greyed out and i haven't unlocked any additional bombs by tapping (which i know others have been able to do). We have recently unlocked the next community prize and had the level 36 update but this has not fixed this problem for me.
Apapretnly my case has been escalated but still doesn't work. I'm guessing they intend to drag it our another few weeks till the event is over, and hope that i go away.
