I had a thread on here that I showed EA's response to me not receiving donuts. Like Emmcee has posted a while back, they were extremely helpful, fixed the issue within hours and sent a very funny response to me.
Here it is:
Thank you for contacting us regarding your EA account. My name is Bronagh and I am one of the EA game specialists who can assist. From your case I can see that you have been experiencing issues with your game The Simpsons Tapped Out.
I have been lucky enough to locate Homer to see where he was at the time your donuts went missing. He has admitted that following a long "night " at Moe's tavern has was hungry. Marge didn't leave anything for him in the fridge and the closest thing to hand was your donuts. He apologizes that this has happened on 2 occasions.
After going through an additional check I have been lucky enough to gain early access to the local bakery in Springfield. In doing so I was able grab a fresh batch of 50 donuts and added them to your account. The bakery nearly caught me and they have since changed the access code for the side door so I was successful this time.!!!!
I hope you are able to purchase a few extra special things for your town with the extra donuts. If in the future you need any further assistance you can contact us directly. We will be happy to help in any way we can.

It is a shame you feel you were undervalued in your response, unfortunately with customer service you fall under the roulette of who responds. Some will listen and work for the correct solution. Others will spout the generic FAQ which you will have always tried.
I hope your issue does get fixed soon as with my experience with EA they do care and help where they can.
