TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer "service".. I've had it EA!!!

Did you really expect EA to provide "Customer Service" I went through this at Valentines day with the freezing harp and another time back over a year ago and it was a quest would not appear, of course...

I am really really sorry to read this thread Utrolia, I knew something was wrong every time I visit your town my game would freeze and would only let me tap one or two ghosts and crashed, ( I thought it was my device) now I see it's not.
All of your neighbors are experiencing the same? If so then I'm pretty shure it's their server.
Hope you get your town asp.
