TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer "service".. I've had it EA!!!

Did you really expect EA to provide "Customer Service" I went through this at Valentines day with the freezing harp and another time back over a year ago and it was a quest would not appear, of course...

You can also try bluestacks, it runs on a PC, it solved my game crashing when I deleted over 100 hundred pending requests. Hope it helps.
