Maybe you don't have them available because you keep tasking them on Monsanto missions. Rod is working on his 3rd mission for me right now.
I notice this walk through doesn't explicitly mention the dialog for the toy giveaways.
Also, anyone know where the curtained theater giveaway I've been seeing in people's Springfield's gets triggered?
