The Rule of Two

This quest popped up at the same time as the main mini-quest line, and I'm upset. I need Hank Scorpio to even get past Part 1, but I'm not shelling out 200 donuts just to do that.

Gah, I was hoping to get a possible rebate for him, but I think I will have to bite the bullet and get him at base price.

    I bought Hank Scorpio, but I have no idea why the game gave me an event, tied to a Premium character, that I didn't have.

    Just so I had to buy it?!

    Why not just wait until Black Friday to see if he is on a rebate offer then?

    As much I like and want Hank, I personally cannot justify spending 200 donuts on him.

    I have it too... along with another quest that needs Japser (that I don't have and is not on rebate too -_-)

    These odd quests are probably for future releases. We just happen to have one required item now. Just wait. It will happen as planned...or they'll patch it out.

    In my second town,level 380, I had Carls rise up the ladder pt1 (from level 27) and Celeb-o-mania pt3 (from level 31) suddenly show up!
    The Rule of 2 was available since 2014. Looks like a cockup not a scheme or future feature.

    They did the same to me...group task with grandpa and jasper. I didnt have jasper but i do now!

    Believe me, I wanted to, but the completionist inside me would have nothing to do with that.
