does anyone know if the destroyed building is visible for neighbors?

Does it mean if I put out a lot of brown houses, I can repeatedly tap the tank till all of them are destroyed? Reminds me of the tanks in GTA. :)

Done the full questline and tapping it to destroy buildings works now. Super fun! It will pan to the building it destroyed. In my town it seems to only destroy the same kwik-e-mart and brown house over and over.

reinstall the game if the other stuff from the tie-in is not there and don't touch the game till it's fully installed the update

My tank is finally working. Had to re-synch the game after finishing the quest.
