Police uniforms?

I'm not sure if it was the update or the activation of Life and Death, but since once of them if your Sim is a detective, even a Cadet, they don't wear the police uniform. My Sim was wearing a red and yellow robe. I even used the Career Outfit Cheat, and could not find police uniform. It worked at least a few weeks ago.
