Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

Can anybody tell me if donut loss is still happening after the forced update? I just hit but I don't want to update until I know the bug is fixed.

I'm down between 70-80 donuts :-(

just noticed i lost a conde and a modern villa, no big deal, just means more real estate :D

I contacted them for a second time, talking with someone on the phone this time, and they said they'd escalate the ticket. There was nothing they could for me at this time. I'd have to possibly do a "proof of purchase" for my donuts, she said. I asked if I could get my donuts returned, and they said probably. I'm really mad at this game right now and really not understanding why some people are getting their donuts back and others aren't.
Just random and at a loss now. This game messing with donuts like this could really be the end of the Simpsons Tapped Out.

I think they use us as their QA. :x

I've just been told they are working on this and the donuts will be returned to my account - like I needn't have bothered getting in touch. The last missing donut thing was irritating but the amount was certain. Here we all seem to have lost differing amounts - how on earth will they know how much to credit us with???

I don't think they have a clue what is happening is individual accounts - so much for big brother watching our every move. I honestly think they will credit a random amount and hope we'll be satisfied.

Why don't I ever get replied to by the EA people who give out donuts? Feel I deserve a few more now...

also, level 5 condos dont seem to stack in inventory

I'm down 180 donuts. I haven't received anything back yet beyond a notice that they're working on it.

EA support is consistently inconsistent. :roll:

I chatted with Nilesh. He didn't restore my 22 lost donuts (as far as I know, since I'm taking a break until an update), but said that an update would be released shortly and my donuts would be restored then. I have my doubts, but we'll see.
