I am missing 110 donuts after updating yesterday morning. I did not move anything from SF to SFH.
I also noticed that the icons at the top left that portray the caracters are not listing properly. An example is.....Homer is the current icon but when I click it Bart's tasks will appear. Sometimes the icon will be blank and see through. Weird glitch!
There was a small update tonight but it didn't seem to correct anything that I can see.
I didn't move anything either and I lost about 25 donuts. Such a pain.- I've not moved anything and I've just lost 22 donuts.
This game is beginning to fall apart. How are they going to know I lost them is the question? - Just in case anyone is trying to figure out why donuts are disappearing here is some info:
I have not lost donuts and I have done all of the following:
-Updated straight away
-Opened the tunnel and have almost completed all quests
-Moved Springfield buildings to SH (they were burns manor and tiki bar if that matters)
-Moved SH buildings to Springfield (coffee shop)
-Bought a mystery box
-In the process of building more squidport tiles
-Stored and unstored SH buildings
-Done neighbour visits.
-I have never bought donuts but I doubht that matters
Does anyone know if they done anything in particular that lost them doughnuts? So far the only glitches affecting me are some buildings don't give fp when I tap the handshake and I think I lost a modern mansion but bought it again with no problem.
I hope ye all get yere doughnuts back soon. - Out of the four towns my wife and I play, 3 have had no donut loss and 1 has. That one lost 65 donuts. They just went away. Donut confirm on. No donuts bought. Playing SH, but keeping SH in SH and SF in SF. Nothing put in inventory. We have no idea what triggered the loss in just that town. It is the oldest town if that matters. All are level 55 towns.
She put in a request for callback from EA and in minutes they called and gave her the donuts back. They said they were working on a fix. She asked if there was something she could do to avoid further donut loss, and they said no. No other explanation from them.
My RTTF town is only at level 26, so cannot play SH there. - Oh man... I bought a truckload, spent some, but they seemed to go faster than expected... I have no idea how many I lost. I moved a several buildings, too.
Edit - haven't been on the forum much... Tapping coffee cups... bud2046 wrote:

Alright, I'll join in on playing but not opening the tunnel.
That's a brave thing to do. ;-)
Could you keep us updated if not opening the tunnel saves you from losing donuts?
Well, so far so good.
Okay, that sounds encouraging. ;-)
Is everything still okay? If so, then I would update now, too, so I can at least finish the new friend prize and send characters on tasks...
Thanks for the info! ;-)
Yup, still fine. I spent some of them, but those are the only ones gone.neuroheart wrote:

I updated a few hours ago and haven't had any problems so far, too. Unfortunately, the limited time deals are not available in my store - I would really like to get the Banana Dictatorship before it runs out...
But then again I haven't even dared to build Burns Slant Drilling. Have you done that and stopped before Homer opens the tunnel or haven't you touched the new quests at all just like me?
And could anyone tell me at which part in the quest line the Banana Dictatorship becomes available?
Thanks!;-)neuroheart wrote:

Support said they will roll it back and we'll get back to however many donuts we had at the event start.
I hope so!
I hope not. That would wash away all the bonuts me and others got who were still playing Tap Ball up until the forced update today.
 !!!
Well I was gonna save them, but now I wonder if I should spend them...
Same... has anyone heard of any more people talking about a roll back?
I was saving for Black Friday deals, but if this is the case I might buy something so that the Tap Ball bonuts go to use rather than vanish...Arbok9782 wrote:

I cannot imagine a roll back happening that would cause people to loose donuts, but I can't wrap my head around how they are going to do this roll back to restore donuts. Some people would get more donuts than they had if they spent donuts since update. This is unprecedented if memory serves me right and I remember another event, well partially if anyone knows which one I'm talking about, where we were losing the game currency and it was supposed to be restored. The glitch was fixed but we never got the currency.bud2046 wrote:

I think the limited time items became available after building Burns Slant Drilling and Red Blazer Realty. The task for Homer to open the tunnel comes up then, too, so you could stop there. That's what I planned to do, but I accidentally sent him on it, so now I've started some of the Springfield Heights tasks and I'm just watching my donuts after everything I tap.
I could be wrong though, they might not appear until opening the tunnel.
