Those who have missing donuts, post it here......

I lost 15 donuts :(

I lost around 27 donuts. I never paid for donuts, just grinding it out since the beginning. I almost bought some donuts, good thing I didn't.

I talked to an EA customer service person, they are aware of the issue and say

"First of all, please accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.. I would like to inform you that we are receiving the similar contacts and many of the customers are facing the same issue. As customer are missing their donuts after last game update. Good thing is that, this has been brought into the notice of the Studio Team and they are diligently working to fix it as soon as possible."

and

"I am really sorry but at the moment I am not able to provide an exact time frame .However i can assure you that your issue will be resolved at the earliest.You can rest assured."

I've lost over 230 donuts so far. NOT COOL, EA. NOT COOL.

Reports of widespread missing donuts have prompted EA to conduct an official investigation.

Donuts' activity have been closely monitored, and the source of the problem has been found.

The donuts that are disappearing from players who have started the Springfield Heights expansion

are going directly to the players who are still playing Tap Ball to pay their Overrtime Bonuts.

I've been lucky not to have lost any Donuts (yet). I played much in SH, followed the storyline so far, built houses, bought land, moved some things within SH, but didn't try to move things from SF to SH.

So, there doesn't seem to be a general error with any of those things. Hope that helps.

I don't remember how many I had, but I know it was well above 400 and now I'm at 385. Probably lost around 50-75.

I bought 300 and am now down to 124. I know I have around 30 rushing some things through, but the rest......
