I'm using my tokens because along with winning chips the game also pays out bonus key chains and coasters. Tapping the gamblers will give you those occasionally, but I'm not getting many that way. So far I've crafted all that I can and am now working on the level ups. I've only managed 1 of those for the key chains--it's slow going so far.
