Well, at this point, only three gangs spawn every four hours so you would only need enough bandaids to get through those. Considering healing time is at this point less than four hours (I believe one hour per heart and one bandaid only heals one heart), I'm holding off on the bandaids for now.

so its 3 battles...4 hours recuperation (whilst sending the characters to mr burns house)...then 3 battles again, and repeat
no way the characters can survive 3 battles, let alone win them
