- Same here, I was able to get back to 100% stability, but there were a few areas that needed dire attention. Put trees in as I wanted and foresaw in the first place and I am much happier. I did lose a little stability, I crash but not too bad, rather infrequently and mainly if I am collecting or too much is going on, or, I am starting to believe if someone is popping in and out (looking forward to the results of that test from another thread).
No fences though, I think those are the main problem, I now have over 200 brown wooden fences in storage, but I think overall I like the town better without.
EDIT: oh, but I said that yesterday zuzupj wrote:
Good for you! I refuse to let the crashing keep me from decorating the way I want to.
I feel so liberated! LOL I have cast off the yoke of non-decorating oppression! (LOL) I'll just go back to only playing once a day because I want to enjoy a pretty town.
(PM'd you back....)
Lefreeze - awwww I'm sorry to hear that......yeah, I made the decision when I started crashing last night pretty regularly after days of not crashing. I had pretty much stripped my town bare. So I decided, if I'm going to crash anyways? Then I'm going to crash in style! LOLlissarv68 wrote:

To heck with the crashing!
I am sick of my boring white town. I want my decorations back so I put them back. Not the fences, I've gotten used to the look of the town without so many fences. But trees, oh glorious trees, have returned to my SF.
It looks marvelous!
I chose from a selection of different evergreens: trees, shrubs, etc and.....I'm not crashing any more or less than I was before!
So, my dear neighbors, enjoy the sight of my town once again beautiful and not such a barren frozen wasteland.
And...hopefully it's not causing you guys to crash but I'm loving it!
Who else has said "to heck with it!" and put their decorations back up?
My sentiments exactly :-o I just can't believe that EA is not knowledgeable that this crashing exists (someone posted) :?: - I have held back on my trees/forests, but I haven't held back on most of my other decorations (as my friends know). I'm cool with the crashing, I don't need to collect anything, so I don't need to spend a lot of time moving around my city. If I need to, I can still edit my city for long periods of time. I've been able to deal with crashes fine, and hoping my friends realize it and go easy when visiting. I'm aware of which of my friends are crashier, and tread carefully during my visits to them.

Scroll about half way, petergeenen and dcline414 potentially testing it.mdfriend wrote:

Awesome and thank you.
Simpsons00001 - I love your town. You are on my list of people who I move very carefully around because you cause crashing. However, just like you said....you just deal with it. I like seeing what you've done and I know I'm going to crash so I just make sure I've got my protective gear on so it's a soft landing lol. I'm going to figure out the combination though (sometimes if you approach from a particular direction, you don't crash).- Yes, same here, I know who my crashy neighbors are and just proceed with caution. Not needing the money anymore I am not worried about bonuses just even with the normal visit, whatever if I only get $23 per place in every town. I just enjoy seeing nice towns.
lissarv68 I PM'ed you, well am about to... - I'm debating whether to buy another strip of land. At 11x11 already with a dollop of crashing being served on a daily basis. I think its been reduced as well but maybe because I've been sending my characters on 24 hour tasks so I haven't notice. Either way I said sure * it you only tap once, pressed on the build screen to buy more land, and crashed. Of course at that point I ran away with my tail between my legs, might try again tomorrow.
