Too many flags?

I have 60 flags, so I can be prepared for everything now.
Wish they'd release other flags like ours

I don't see any reason to change them unless another great decoration comes along. I personally had a thing for the heart trees at valentines. They are all over my town and wished I had bought more.

I am not in to flags personally, so only bought a couple because some buildings don't have them that should (courthouse definitely). However, if it makes you happy that is all that is important. As long as you aren't one of those folks who just dumps everything down, make it nice to you. Only worry about it if it starts crashing your device (or your neighbors start telling you it is crashing theirs.)

So unhappy with the giant base.

I was looking forward to getting flags this event, until i saw them. I stopped at like 5. Disappointing. I wanted flags that took up ONE square, not six! And looked set in the ground, not on a base!

Oh well. Are they all flying in the same direction? I prefer an onshore breeze myself. Lol

The courthouse has a flag on its gable. Good thing, too, since mine is all surrounded by flowers and a statue.

I've hidden most of the bases behind buildings. A few are visible, but they don't look too weird on concrete.
They can be rotated in two directions. I have all mine pointed the same way (away from the mountains) but they can also point towards the shore.

annettemarc, your flag display is very tasteful. Like your house is probably a beautiful place to visit. Unfortunately mine is a lot like my Springfield. I like it, but they're never going to ask me to be in a magazine. Unless I'm the "don't" example. It makes me happy, though.

Khodro, your Springfield is awesome, like you should design a parade or a town display! You show a lot of spirit. :) Or sarcasm. It's hard to tell from a screenshot in a game...

Too bad we can't move the flags into Krustyland, too. The minute I realized the Valentine's Day decorations could not only be hidden there, but they count as "kitch" off they went. My Krustyland is so hearted up it looks like its motto should be "Krustyland is for Lovers."
