same here... there is obviously a load problem... a server may have crashed so if we wait a few minutes, they will have it back on line (Fingers Crossed) :-)

In Ireland here, my Christmas tree will be ready soon, but if I can't get on then, I'll just have to go to bed and wait till the morning. I've lost enough sleep from this game as it is.

Exactly! I feel like EA's response to this issue more inflammatory than the actual issue. "Don't you wish you were one of them?" REALLY?? I just got booted out of the game because their servers are inadequate, and all they can come up with is a snarky response?!

Maybe they're going for "hip" or "cute" responses, but I find most of their "can't connect" messages rather insulting.
