Tourist infected with the Flu..

Kind of a related question. Do you get a prize for completing the five levels of flu or is the prize just 5 viruses floating around?

I'm still missing the point/reward for this part of the event, besides a little extra currency generation.

Yes, but happily the information Center won't clear them, if you hit it before checking the contagion map.

I'm wondering if I'm making a mistake clearing tourists with infection. Maybe leaving them alone and not clearing them spreads the flu faster? I know they give additional pins but I just wonder....

I really hope I can buy the flu cloud once the event is coming to an end

If you look at how many flu germs are unlocked (at the bottom of the Osaka Flu screen), that is the maximum number of infections you can get. The only way to increase the number of infections is to have neighbors visit you.

Don't get zapped by the Tourist Information Center. You have to use the Osaka Flu menu or Reward Center to find them.

This is what have been doing since my town was affected. Best method I think is the flu menu.

Me too. How do you spread the infection to your neighbors? I'm still on Level 1.

To spread the infection you need to tap buildings in their Springfield, but to increase your level you need to clear the buildings they tapped in your Springfield, 1 building = 1 Osaka flu point towards the next level. 1000 points are needed for level 5

It would make a great NPC. I would buy it.

I am over 300 infected, which means 4 germs unlocked. I clear tourists regularly and honestly it does not seem to reduce the frequency of infection. I'm inoculating a LOT of tourists!
