Tourist infected with the Flu..

If you look at the contagion map, depending on your level, you'll see the squares along the bottom. Some lit, some greyed and locked.
Any of the lit up squares, that have green and red on the "microbes ": tap the red/green ones. Will take you directly to an "infected" tourist
